Adding to Arista's already successful MicroBox product line, the new Microbox 7824 features a cool running fanless design, compact industrial form factor, redundant dual Ethernet connections and AC or DC power inputs. Arista Corporation first showcased the beta version of its MicroBox 7824A-ACP on February 13th at the Automation Control Products (ACP) ThinManager End-Users Conference in Scottsdale Arizona. The newly designed and configured unit received a positive reception as it was showcased to industry leaders, engineering professionals and a diverse group of ThinManager users. The Microbox 7824 is available in four product configurations, the Microbox 7824A-ACP-AC featuring ACP Enabled BIOS and AC power input, Microbox 7824A-ACP-DC featuring ACP Enabled BIOS and DC Input, Microbox 7824A-AC featuring optional 1GB DDR Ram and 40GB HDD, and the Microbox 7824A-DC featuring low power operations.
