Returns for credit that require Arista’s management approval may take up to 48 hours for processing/ approval. Products can be returned for a credit with the following conditions.
  1. Cross-ship: Dead on Arrival (DOA): Customer must report DOA units to Arista’s RMA department in 14 calendar days after the product is received. Customers can request either return for credit or replacement. If a replacement is requested, Arista will ship the replacement in 21 calendar days and invoice the customer for the replacement. A credit memo will be issued to the customer after the DOA product is received and verified.
    • The customer has 30 days to return the defective unit. Arista will charge a restocking fee if the unit is returned after 30 days. If the customer fails to return before 30 days, the full list price will be charged. When the defective unit is returned, it cannot have physical, liquid, or cosmetic damage. Customers will either be invoiced for the full list price or charged with a restocking fee.
  2. Credit Return: All credit units must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date to apply for fill credit. All credit return must not have signs of use, must be in the original package, must not have cosmetic, liquid, or physical damage. The unit must not have been turned on. Accessories and parts are excluded.
  3. Evaluation Return: All evaluation units must be returned within 30 days of the issued date.  The evaluation unit must not have any signs of physical damage or liquid damage. All evaluations must come with the evaluation report (feedback) from RSM or Sales.
  4. Short Shipment: Customer must report for any item received short-shipped or wrong products received in 7 calendar days after the product is received. Customers can request either shipment of missing items or replacement of wrong items is requested. Arista will ship the replacement in 7 calendar days. A credit memo will be issued to the customer after the returned product is received and verified.
  5. Restocking Fee: The restocking fee will apply for all expedited orders returns.
  • 25% within 3 months.
  • 50% within 6 months. (past the 3-month period)
  • 75% within 12 months (past the 6-month period).
  • Arista will not grant credit to any units if pass the 12-month period.
  • Windows licenses is not refundable or transferable.
