Shipping
 
  1. All units must be sent to Arista with prepaid freight, all customers are responsible for all freight charges involved in shipping the defective products to Arista Corp.
  2. When repairs are completed for an under-warranty repair. Arista will ship the unit UPS Ground.
           When repairs are completed for Out of warranty repairs. The customer will pay for the freight.
 
International shipping
 
  1. Arista is not responsible for any international shipping charges, taxes, or dock fees, even if the unit is under warranty, DOA or DOA-R.
  2. All units must be sent to Arista with prepaid freight, all customers are responsible for all freight charges involved in shipping the defective products to Arista Corp.
  3. Exception-Canada and Puerto Rico customers we will cover freight only (UPS Ground or standard).
  4. When repairs are completed for an under-warranty repair. Arista will ship the unit UPS Ground.
            When repairs are completed for Out of warranty repairs. The customer will pay for the freight.
